Account Service Representatives (ASRs)
DataBank employs full-time ASRs, who are trained in the backup / rotation process of tape media and tape media care. Each DataBank client is appointed a dedicated ASR, who understands the specific backup requirements of their client. DataBank does not use outsourced couriers, who have little appreciation for the sensitive and confidential nature of their “cargo”. All DataBank personnel are required to go through thorough background checks before they are employed.
